Accertarsi che il cliente sia disponibile per il ritiro.
Registrare l'esito di ogni chiamata in un file Excel (conferma/cancellazione e feedback del cliente).
Effettuare un secondo tentativo di chiamata per i numeri che non hanno risposto al primo contatto.
Requisiti:
Italiano fluente/madrelingua.
Professionalità e cortesia al telefono.
Precisione nel reporting.
