We need to automate the basic processes that we are currently doing manually, namely:
1. For the code word on Instagram:
1) comments,
2) message in Direct,
3) response in the database (close friends)
4) reaction to stories)
so that an automatic message is sent requesting the phone number on WhatsApp and the email
2. After the person sends their phone number and email, the AMO CRM bot should record this information in the contact.
3. After recording - the bot should send the catalog on WhatsApp + in Instagram + in the email (file or link)
- and if the phone number of the Leads is incorrect and cannot be found on WhatsApp - the bot should somehow notify about this (if it can be easily set up with simple methods, there is no need to code and increase the cost of this project)
4. When this process is implemented by the bot - the stage in the AMO CRM funnel should change to the stage where the sales department managers will receive ready Leads for work
ManyChat is already connected and working.
AMO CRM is connected with a professional tariff.
The history of communications with Leads already exists (to correctly provide scripts and show what nuances are present)
