The chat works on NodeJS (Heroku) + SQL, and the chat does not work as you need, brakes, you need to reboot, not as you need.
In the chat, everyone enters the name + email and enters the chat room. There is a variant of ready-made users (those who are registered through WordPress) - they are moderators, assigned differently, and they have the option to wash users + delete messages.

You need to offer a chat system that will provide a full working chat at a high level, and correct the existing code or offer another option.
