Як я розумію, на планах повинні бути:
- нанесені стіни та елементи стін відподвідно до їх фактичних розмірів з відповідною штриховкою по матеріалу (цегла, залізо-бетон)
- нанесені осі і вказано розміри між осями і загальні розміри довжини стін
- вказані щитові електрики та інших комунікацій, якщо вони є в складі
Цікавить:
- чи є в скалді різні додаткові приміщення, кабінети, підсобки і т.д., якщо є то варто робити специфікацію приміщень
- чи є в складі висотні майданчики на які є доступ з відмітки 0,000 (рівень основної підлоги)
- чи потрібно робити розрізи креслення приміщень (якщо я вірно зрозумів завдання, то ні, тільки плани.

Якщо креслення для того аби показувати їх майбутнім орендарям то мабуть варто зробити хоча б ситуативний генплан навколо склду аби було ясно який підїзд є до даного складу, але це вже окрема розмова.
