Не ясно, что вам нужно сделать, либо 2D чертеж, либо 3D рельеф с набором траекторий движения инструмента для оборудования с ЧПУ.
Прикрепите, пожалуйста к вашей теме изображение деталей.

Две детали — одна для токарного станка, другая для фрезерного.
Для детали которая на токарном станке простая 2D проекция
Для детали которую надо фрезеровать 3D модель в CAD программе с 2D проекцией
