We have a controller that receives data from sensors, and based on this data generates a PWM signal to the PWM controller, which in turn regulates the speed of the electric motor. Просто не вижу смысла применять такую микросхему. У вас собрано два буфера и даже с однополярным питанием и RC цепь, скорей всего для фильтрации. Берите более менее нормальный операционик, с соответствующим напряжением питания и на этом всё.
