Connecting the controller to the PWM regulator
We have a controller that receives data from sensors, and based on this data generates a PWM signal to the PWM controller, which in turn regulates the speed of the electric motor. The controller sends a signal from 0 to 12 V to the PWM controller, and the PWM controller regulates the speed (video attached)
As the PWM controller for the electric motor, we use a standard 60A PWM controller from China, but additionally, we also supply a board that we copied from the original product.
However, in this board, we are dependent on the TLV2172 module, which needs to be waited for months. The task is to implement this in a simpler way without the TLV2172 module, because we copied it from a ready-made product that costs an exorbitant amount.

Просто не вижу смысла применять такую микросхему. У вас собрано два буфера и даже с однополярным питанием и RC цепь, скорей всего для фильтрации. Берите более менее нормальный операционик, с соответствующим напряжением питания и на этом всё.
