Our boxes include a variety of products such as riding wear, innovative horse care items, healthy treats, and unique decor/stationary items. We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in equestrian activities, particularly horse jumping/show, to assist with product research and curation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Research and Curation:
- Identify and source high-quality products tailored for both riders and their horses.
- Focus on innovative horse care items, riding accessories, and healthy treats.
- Include products from small businesses to support local entrepreneurs.
- Identifying/communicating with wholesalers
- Strategic Product Selection:
- Strategically select products for each seasonal box, ensuring variety and quality.
- Keep the box contents unique and distinct from competitors.
- Ensure that each box stays within budget while maintaining a premium feel.
- Market :
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new product opportunities.
- Analyze competitor offerings and identify gaps in the market.
- Collaboration and Long-Term Planning:
- Collaborate with our team to plan and execute product launches every 3-4 months.
- Open to long-term collaboration to continuously improve and evolve our subscription boxes.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with horses and knowledge of the equestrian community.
- Passion for supporting small businesses and promoting innovative products.
