This is a consulting job. I would like to discuss the best solution for my situation. This is an initial task, to get to know a professional. I would like to work with this person on several future projects.

I am in the US. I want to buy 2 computers and set them up to set up. The first Computer1, which will be connected to the internet. The other computer is Computer2. This will need to connect remotely to Computer1 from other countries.

I need to know what the best operating system for the 2 computers. I also need to know what the best software to use for remote connection is. Both computers need to be very secure, with VPN, etc so there is security, privacy, etc. So I need to know what security programs to install. I wish to use TOR for privacy and security.

I would like to work with a professional to develop a plan to achieve this. The first part is consulting.

There will be a future project to connect to Computer1 and perform a number of jobs.

I would like to work with someone who understands remote connection, using TOR and strong security. Please indicate your experience in this area.
