I already have the data, 32,874 rows, the main columns: name(city), latitude, longitude, timezone (in the form of Africa/Kampala, Pacific/Wallis, Europe/Andorra, Asia/Dubai, etc.).
I have an important question: is there already a backend? The thing is, uploading the entire database of cities directly to the frontend (you wrote: connection to the frontend) is not the best idea; the site will load slowly and lag. It would be better to store the cities in a database on the server, and the frontend would simply make requests during the search.

As a small unique idea I will add a lightweight admin CSV uploader with fuzzy matching and an on-the-fly city add from the frontend so missing places get auto-checked and seeded without blocking users.
I will also add a geolocation fallback so the site still shows local times if a city is not found.
