Goal: creating creatives (videos and static images) for advertising in Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
Main objective: to attract the attention of the target audience to the brand and increase purchase conversions
2. Concept and desired result
We give the designer complete freedom in creating ideas and visual solutions. It is important that the creatives reflect the spirit of the brand, are attractive to our target audience and stand out effectively in the feed and stories.
You can safely experiment with formats, styles, animation, editing, colors, etc.
The main thing: to convey the energy, style and uniqueness of Be Everything, as well as formulate a clear call to action.
3. About the brand and target audience
Be Everything is a modern brand of streetwear and active lifestyle.
Price segment: medium - medium+.
Target audience:
Age: 18-35 years old.
Interests: street fashion, hip-hop culture, sports, fitness, creative self-realization.
Behavior: active users of social networks, prefer stylish, comfortable and trendy new items.
Core brand values: freedom of expression, dynamism, courage, openness to new ideas.
4. Formats and number of creatives
Video creatives:
Duration: up to 15 seconds (can be shorter/longer if justified by the idea).
Format: vertical (9:16) for stories/Reels and/or square (1:1) for feed.
Resolution: at least 1080x1080 (for 1:1) and 1080x1920 (for 9:16).
If desired, you can offer several options for duration or proportions.
Static creatives:
Format: 1:1 (1080x1080) for feed and 9:16 (1080x1920) for stories (other sizes can be offered if desired).
Quantity: 3–5 layouts with different ideas, angles or moods.
(If the designer deems it necessary to create more/less options, this is negotiable.)
5. Style and ideas (optional, only as a guide)
Dynamics, freedom, street aesthetics.
Contrasting colors or monochrome are optional, it is important that the creative “catches” the eye.
Text (if used) is short and concise. You can do without text if the visual tells the whole story itself.
Call to action (CTA) in any convenient format: can be text, can be an animated element.
6. Information about competitors and references
We have information about popular creatives in the street fashion segment (video clips with active lifestyle, static banners with bright accents).
If there are ideas for borrowing style elements or features from competing brands, it is not forbidden, but it is important to maintain uniqueness.
Your own suggestions and concepts are welcome.
7. Materials that we provide
Logo (vector or PNG with transparent background).
If necessary: brand color palette, font examples, photos/videos with models or products (if any).
Any additional files (upon request of the designer).
(If some materials are not enough, the designer may suggest using stock footage, graphics or preparing unique content. This is discussed separately.)
8. Result and delivery format
Video:
MP4 (H.264) or MOV in final quality (1080x1080 and/or 1080x1920).
If possible, source files (After Effects, Premiere, etc.) — by agreement.
Static:
JPG/PNG in the required resolutions.
Source files (PSD, AI, Figma) — by agreement.
9. Deadlines and budget
Completion date: approximately 7–10 days from the moment the project is approved (the designer can offer their own timeline).
Budget: open to discussion, we are waiting for a proposal from the designer taking into account the desired volume, complexity and edits.
10. Criteria for choosing a contractor
A creative portfolio (advantage - work in the field of fashion, streetwear, dynamic videos).
Readiness to experiment and offer new ideas.
Meeting deadlines and communication skills.
Ability to refine and make edits (minimum 1-2 iterations).
11. Additional wishes
When responding, please indicate an approximate work plan or approach to creating creative work.
If you have interesting references or developments, share them - we appreciate an unconventional view.
In the long term, constant work on creatives is possible (with positive results of cooperation).
