It is necessary to create a web application based on PHP for accounting and management of the personnel of the fire and rescue unit (4 DПРЧ 1 DПРЗ).

🔥 Characteristics of the personnel

In total — 68 people, distributed across 4 shifts, which alternate every three days.
In each shift, there are:

• shift leader;

• section commander;

• driver;

• driver-section commander;

• operator;

• firefighter-rescuer.

Separately from the shifts, there is a unit chief and his deputy — they do not belong to any shift.

💻 How the program should work

1. Personnel page

   • All personnel is displayed with the following data:

     • last name, first name, patronymic;

     • date of birth (highlighted 5 days before the birthday in one color, and 1 day before in another);

     • date of employment;

     • period of service in the army (from which date to which date);

     • period of service interruption (if any);

     • presence of UБD status (marked with a checkbox);

     • shift in which they serve;

     • expiration date of access (if there is 1 month left until the end of access — the date is yellow, less than a week — red).

   • Based on this data, the program automatically calculates the length of service and duration of vacation:

     • up to 10 years — 30 days;

     • from 10 to 15 years — 35 days;

     • from 15 to 20 years — 40 days;

     • over 20 years — 45 days.
       If there is UБD — an additional +14 days is added to the vacation.

   • Time served in the army is added to the length of service,
     time of interruption is subtracted.

📆 Shift pages

• There should be 4 separate pages — one for each shift.

• The page displays the composition of this shift.

• Employees can temporarily transfer to another shift.

• For each shift, there is a calendar until the end of 2025, where the status can be set for any date:

  • vacation,

  • sick leave,

  • business trip,

  • day off.

The program automatically counts the number of people on duty on a specific date and shows,
how many people are on vacation, on sick leave, on a business trip, or on a day off,
as well as how many people are taking over the shift that day.

🗓️ Summary page and vacations-2026

• A separate page should combine the information of all shifts in the form of a general calendar.

• There should be a calendar for 2026, where for each employee:

  • the start date of vacation is set;

  • the program automatically colors the number of days according to the length of service and UБD status.

Verification of vacation correctness:

• If there are less than 10 people taking over the shift on a specific date — a warning is displayed.

• If two people from one shift with the same position go on vacation at the same time — also a warning.

On January 1, 2026 (01.01.2026), the 1st shift takes over duty.

🎨 Interface requirements

• Modern design, adaptive interface (convenient for use on PC and tablet).

• All titles, fields, and messages — in Ukrainian.

• The program should be user-friendly, intuitive for the fire department users.

It can be done in any way. PHP or Google services (Google Sheet + AppScript)
