Goal: to create an AI assistant that daily generates a realistic task plan from Notion, coordinates it via a Telegram bot, synchronizes events with Google Calendar, and takes into account state metrics (WHOOP) to maintain a work/rest balance.
Final result for the user:
In the morning, receives a "Plan for the Day" in Telegram with tasks in time slots.
Throughout the day, manages the plan with buttons: Done / Reschedule / −15 min / Split / Cancel.
Evening report with a summary of completion and recommendations for tomorrow.
Events are automatically created/updated in Google Calendar.
Balance: mandatory 60 min walk, load control based on WHOOP data (sleep, recovery, strain, etc.).
2) Integrations and Access
Notion API: read/write access to the Projects and Tasks databases, as well as Habits (if needed).
Google Calendar API: create/read/update events in the selected calendar(s).
WHOOP API: OAuth connection to read key metrics (sleep, recovery, strain, HRV, RHR). If official access is unavailable — provide an alternative (export/intermediary connector).
Telegram Bot API: bot for coordinating the plan and reactive commands.
(Optional) Make/Zapier as no-code orchestration; or backend (Node.js/Python) with cron jobs.
The contractor must propose two architecture options: No-code (Make) and Low-code/Backend. The chosen option is agreed upon with the client.
