I can take this as a short technical stage - a guideline of 1 working day, 3500 UAH. 700 UAH here seems too little even for a careful diagnostics of 1C on Win7, because it’s not just about pressing a button, but checking the OData structure, permissions, configuration objects, and safely performing the export without changing the configuration itself =/
I would approach it pragmatically - first, I would quickly check if it’s possible to raise the standard OData specifically for this file database and version. If it leads to a dead end, we won’t heroically bang our heads against Apache - we’ll create an external processing .epf with JSON export of clients, cards, active subscriptions, and, if the configuration provides normal connections, visits. I will separately provide the names of directories, registers, and fields where the card barcode and balances are stored.
I will clarify 2 points before final evaluation:

> where is it safer to place the result - a local file for synchronization or a POST to your webhook

Good day! I was doing data export from 1C externally — I raised OData, provided data via HTTP, and set up a schedule, so your case with the fitness club is clear to me. I will collect clients with a card barcode, subscriptions with remaining sessions and expiration, compile them in JSON, and send them to your webhook every 15-30 minutes — I won't change anything in the configuration, just read. One clarification: is OData already enabled in the database, or should it be activated on the 1C side as well? I will complete it in a couple of days.

We already have a practically ready similar solution for exporting data from 1C to JSON or via OData, we can quickly adapt it for Fitness Club 3.6 and launch it without configuration changes.
