Необходимо применив некоторые мат. апараты провести моделирование процесса в среде Matlab или используя известные вам инструменты и языки (python, R), посчитать среднее отклонение от рассчетной величины.
Необходимо ориентироваться и знать как реализовать:
1. Фильтр Каллмана
2. Скользящее среднее
3. Методы три- и мульти-латерации
4. Нелинейный метод наименьших квадратов (в частности алгоритм Левенберга-Марквардта)
Будет плюсом знание принципов dead reckoning и инерциальной навигации.
Dataset содержит:
1. Эквивалентный трек передвижения робота (timestamp, x, y)
2. Сигналы от маячков (timestamp, id, signal strength),
3. Данные аккселерометра (timestamp, ускорение по осям x, y, z)
4. Данные компаса (timestamp, азимут).
Сила сигнала от маячка легко конвертируется в расстояние, местоположение нужно высчитывать используя мат. апарат (нужно апробировать несколько методик) с определенной долей погрешности. В результате нужно построить треки (полученные от разных методик определения положения) передвижения робота и сравнить его с эквивалентным.
