There are 3 photos and 2 models. From such a white feather as in photos 2 and 3, it is necessary to make it look as similar as possible to a black feather.
There are 2 files (models) that may help in this.
The file named feather shows how the overall contours of this feather should look. The bent "beak" at the bottom, the curved front part.
The main and most important thing to do is the side feathers-wings. They need to be left as on the white model, but they should look like on the black one. That is, slightly flatten them, make the notches between the feathers less obvious, increase the number of these feathers, and remove artifacts on the model.
Also, slightly bend this beak to the yellow line.
The dimensions of the entire model are 10/24 cm
