Demonstration Clip for Landing Page (Explainer/screencast)

Project: Exercise Builder (exercisebuilder.net) - AI-based web tool for language teachers.

Goal: Create short, engaging visual demonstrations (in GIF format or short videos with text overlays) for relevant sections on the Exercise Builder landing page. They should clearly and quickly showcase the main value of each feature.

Target Audience: Language teachers (often busy, with varying levels of technical proficiency).

Key Requirements:

• Format: Looping GIF or short MP4 video (freelancer can advise the best format for web performance). Prefer MP4 due to significantly smaller file size.

• Duration: Approximately 15-40 seconds per clip (exact limits specified below).

• Style: Clean screen recording of the Exercise Builder interface. Smooth mouse movements, highlighting or slight zooming to focus viewer attention. Voice-over not required.

• Text Overlays: Use clear, concise text overlays (in English) to explain each shown step (examples provided in scenarios).

• Focus: Each clip should focus only on the described feature/work process.

Clip 2: Feature 1 (AI Assistant) - Import and Modify Demonstration (~15-30 seconds)

• Purpose: Demonstrate importing an existing exercise layout from an image via chat, then modifying it with the next chat command.

• Materials Needed: Screenshot of the exercise text "Mixed Tense Practice" (10 points), provided below in this brief.

• Visual Sequence:

  1. [Start]: Show chat interface (possibly after clicking the quick start button "Use Attached File...", displaying the assistant prompt message in the history).

  2. [Attach Image]: Show attaching a screenshot file of the "Mixed Tense Practice" exercise via the paperclip icon.

  3. [Processing Indicator]: Show a brief AI processing indicator immediately after the file is ready.

  4. [Layout Result Display]: Show the appearance of the interactive exercise (with 10 questions and INPUT fields based on the image layout) in the editor. Highlight generated fields.

  5. [Modification Request]: Show entering the next request in chat: Add a question about future plans using 'going to'. Change all questions to dropdown. Click Send.

  6. [Result of Modification]: Show brief AI processing, then update the exercise in the editor: a new question (Q11) added at the end, and all previous INPUT fields changed to DROPDOWN elements with options. Highlight several changed dropdowns in the editor window.

  7. [Switch to Preview]: Show clicking the "Preview" button. The view changes to show the interactive exercise as the student will see it. Briefly focus on one or two questions now as dropdowns, possibly quickly expanding options for one of them.
