It is not just a redesign, but actually a reconstruction of the house to fit a modern format (like "American style") taking into account the existing foundation.
The house is planned as a 1.5-story building (with an attic, not a full second floor). There is also a basement under the entire house.
Main idea:
Keep the existing foundation, but maximize the adaptation of the layout to a modern style — open space, convenient zoning, modern appearance.
Main wishes:
1. Basement:
- Place the boiler room in the basement (under the entire house)
- Provide all necessary technical requirements (ventilation, access, safety)
2. First floor:
- Create a large open area: kitchen + living room (open space)
- Provide 2 separate bedrooms
- Create a bathroom (bathtub + toilet together)
Wardrobe
- Move the main entrance to the front facade of the house
3. Attic floor:
- Plan for 2 bedrooms
