Hi, We're a realestate agent and are looking to have a new innovative, very functional and visually very attracting website. Problem in our business is that it's very difficult to have such a website. A challenge!

Some examples of what we like;

- http://www.foxtons.co.uk/

- http://www.deboerenpartners.be/?nosplash=true

- https://www.firstimmo.be

- We need a home page/landing page and a property overview page worked out. Other pages is a plus.

- home page should show the search box

- a featured homes and other items (see foxtons)

- We want our name and logo properly displayed;

- we want a favicon example :)

- we want the house color blue to be used and preferably varations of it in menu's and many other things (color reference that we use for printing billboard is PMS2736C so feel free to use blueish tints matching this, be creative) - maybe some infographics where possible (see attached examples 2 & 3) - preferably no full screen images - buy and sell - NO rent - a "discover" option in the menu - english language is ok for mockup
