I worked on several frontend projects where the backend was already in place and the goal was to make the UI exactly as designed. I'm very comfortable working with Tailwind and mobile-first layouts, and I'm very familiar both React and Svelte depending on what fits best. I'm also fine jumping into existing code and reusing what's already there, it often saves time and keeps things consistent.

I have extensive experience with React / Next.js, with all popular styling libraries, including tailwindcss, but I don't like it much because of the "messiness" from writing styles in jsx (just my personal opinion).
It's great that your backend is already 95% ready and the design is 70% complete — a great starting point for developing the frontend.
I work well with Swagger and Postman (and backend developers :) ).
I enjoy maintaining not only the visual appeal in UI but also in the code.

I have worked with various boards, GitHub/GitLab, and can provide reasonable estimates.
