You need to write an application that will compare the phone numbers in the file with contacts on the mobile phone.
The application shows the contacts it found, and asks the user 2-3 questions about each contact.

There is a way to make it in Android Studio using Java to build quick demo to demonstrate possible malfunctions in the code and possibilities to upgrade.
Even if it is some non-client-oriented application, it can be made with a use of python and Android terminal applications.
