I am ready to carry out the development of a set of drawings according to your technical specifications. I work in AutoCAD and have experience in preparing working documentation for construction, so I understand the importance of well-developed drawings that the contractor can use to perform work without additional clarifications.
After receiving the initial materials (DWG, topographic surveys, master plans, and specifications), I will develop a set that will include planning and elevation solutions, drawings of foundations, retaining walls, entrance groups, openings, embedded elements, engineering network passages, and surface drainage. I will prepare the final set in DWG and PDF formats.
I take responsibility for details, adhere to the requirements of the specifications, and maintain communication with the client at all stages of the work. I am ready to discuss the scope, deadlines, and start the work soon.
