The task looks somewhat strange at some point.
For example, for the breakdown of the Kubernetes cluster it is desired to have at least two machines - one for the master, and one for the useful load. Although it is possible to use 1 VPS, it is better not to do so for the sale.
Also instead of CircleCI i Github would be better to use GitLab, it offers more convenient tools for deployment in Kubernetes, plus private Docker-registry, and all this within one service.
