We are an international e-commerce brand in the MMA (martial arts) sector, rapidly developing. We are looking for an experienced accountant to help organize finances and maintain accounting in QuickBooks Online, as well as someone who is eager to dive into business processes and assist in optimizing expenses.
What we offer:
• Part-time employment — 20 hours/week, with the possibility of expanding to 30–40 hours/week.

• Payment: $400 USD - $600 USD / month for part-time (20 hours). Hourly pay or full-time employment can be discussed depending on experience.

• Working language — English, so proficiency at a confident level is mandatory.
Key responsibilities:
• Maintaining accounting in QuickBooks Online.
• Reconciliation of accounts, online payments (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Wise).
• Accounting for two companies (operational and holding).
• Accounting for multi-currency transactions (USD, CAD).
• Inventory and COGS accounting, including dropshipping specifics.
• Preparation of financial reports, expense analysis, and assistance in their optimization.
• Participation in internal meetings (in English) with the team.
Candidate requirements:
• Experience with QuickBooks Online — mandatory.
• Understanding of multi-currency accounting, inventory management, and e-commerce models.
• Confident level of English (spoken and written).
• Analytical thinking, initiative, attention to detail.
• Preferred: experience with Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Wise.
