Design of the 1st page for the website (not the main one)

Hello. I want to translate the entire website interface from English to Russian, specifically the main page. Organize the tabs, remove unnecessary functions and modules. I'm looking for a designer to create 5–6 screenshots for a mobile app in the Google Play Market. The app is dedicated to face training (Face Yoga) and is aimed at a wide audience.
