Based on my experience, for the project above (Alanbase) we bought the "metronic" theme (on vue) and using the elements of this theme we painted the adminka, gathered the design system in Figma. As far as I know, when a topic is purchased there is a design in Figma. I think this solution is systematic and working, as the admin for the partnership program made in this way is successfully sold on the market.
