Design of Android/IOS service application

Castomer has two states of guest and authorized.The difference remains in the fact that the authorized has access to the personal office, and its settings, and has the possibility to make a payment for a cash calculation.It is supposed that the design should be with the use of MaterialUI.The design must consist of the following static elements:
and header.Classic header with a logo attached to the left edge and with a speech selection attached to the right edge.The language selection must be in the form of a round flag.The NavBar.Classical package with MaterialUI for 5 buttons:
A) The first button is responsible for the order letter.For the castomer in the absence of orders, there must be a button with an incentive to the action of creating the order.Well, the corresponding text to the designer's choice.For the executor, it’s just a “channel” in which orders fall to which he can get involved.Obviously, orders can be active and completed.More detail can be discussed with the executive.c) The second is responsible for the list of exequators and castomers.It depends on who is authorized.C) The third button is the (+) call order form for castomers and administrators.D) Authorization/Registration button, but if the user is authorized then the button that is responsible for setting the profile.The chat button.Referral we take the telegram but the most simplified version of it (page and files).The budget is discussed.Questions are welcomed.In response to the question, the executive will be chosen.
Необхідно розробити дизайн Android/IOS додатку який має виступати в ролі посередника між customer’s та executor's. Система має містити три кабінета:
- admin;
- customer;
- executor;
Кастомер має два стани guest та authorized. Відмінсть лиш в тому що авторизований має доступ до особистого кабінету, а саме його налаштувань та має можливість здійснити оплату за готівковий розрахунок.
Припускається що дизайн має бути з використанням MaterialUI. Дизайн має складатися з наступних статичних елементів:
- Header. Класичний хедер з логотипом закріпленим за лівим краєм та з закріпленим за правим краєм мовним селектом. Мовний селект має бути в вигляді круглого прапора.
- NavBar. Класичний навбар з MaterialUI на 5 кнопок:
А) Перша кнопка відповідає за ордер ліст. Для кастомера в випадку відсутності ордерів має бути кнопка з спонуканням до дії створення ордеру. Ну і відповідний текст на вибір дизайнера. Для екзекютора це просто "канал" в який падають ордери на які він може забідитись. Очевидно, що ордери можуть бути активними і завершеними. Більш детально можна обсудити з виконавцем.
В) Друга відповідає за список ексекюторів та кастомерів. В залежності від того хто авторизований.
С) Третя кнопка це (+) виклик ордер форми для кастомерів і адмінів.
D) Кнопка авторизаці/реєстрації, але якщо юзер авторизований то кнопка яка відповідає за налаштування профілю.
E) Кнопка чату. Реферал беремо телеграм але максимально його спрощену версію (меседжі та файли).
Бюджет обговорюється. Запитання вітаються. Відповідно до запитань буде обиратись виконавець.

Напрошується питання - під яку ОС буде додаток, чи це гібридний додаток? Взагалі, під якийсь конкретний метод розробки можна підібрати оптимальне розташування елементів.
