А чем Вас не устраивает тот вариант, который Вы выложили в своем задании?

Нет ощущения целостности изделия, больше похоже на то что одно изделие стоит на другом.
сам электрокамин довольно таки узкий, всего 13 см в глубину, поэтому за счет этого можно играться с верхней частью, например сделать ее меньше нижней чтобы образовался бортик, над "топкой" тоже не лишне будет добавить около 10 см в высоту чтобы вся конструкция выглядела цельно.
Да и вообще может прямоугольный камин здесь будет гораздо гармоничней смотреться... -
В каком стиле сам интерьер?

я совсем не разбираюсь в стилях ну если описать то... под старину... резная мебель, картины - пеезпжи и партреты, куча статуэток.

Я так понимаю, в дальнейшем декоративные элементы будут изготавливаться на заказ (выливаться по форме или вырезаться на ЦПУ станке), так для этого Вам модель в STL формате должна подойти

Да не, есть проверенный мастер, все сделает в ручную в том числе и резьбу по дереву, облицовку камнем, если такае будет предусмотрено дизайном, поэтому все что ему нужно это общий дизайн и размеры элементов. Мастеру 70 лет поэтому результат я ему просто распечатаю на бумаге )

Только не обкладывайте камнем, по типу как на вашей картинке. Это совсем не стильно, и пыль будет забиваться в глубине камушков.

Если правильно понял, то изначально надо разработать безтекстурную модель, а дальше заказчик выберет сам, чем вскрывать

Совершенно верно, сам заказ именно на разработку модели камина как отдельного элемента.
Самое главное чтобы он сам по себе выглядел гармонично как отдельный объект и вписывался в представленный мной кусок стены. -
