Awnings
Property characteristics:
The premises are a basement, approximately 60 cm below ground level.
Two or three steps should be provided in front of the facade entrance – a visualization is needed for both options.
Inside the premises, two steps are also planned.
There are four wooden windows, with balconies above the outer ones.
