It is necessary to develop working drawings and technical documentation for the investment renovation of an apartment located in Poland. The total area of the object is 30 m², the apartment has the following layout:
• Kitchen-living room (open space)
• Bedroom (separate room)
Feature of the apartment: it is in the developer's state.
The main goal of the project is to carry out the renovation with optimal costs. The design style is modern minimalism.
What needs to be done:
1. Development of working drawings:
• Demolition/installation plan (if necessary).
• Clear scheme of what needs to be demolished or built.
• Floor plans.
• Materials, levels, laying scheme (laminate, tiles).
• Ceiling plans.
• Ceiling structures, lighting layout.
• Electrical plan.
• Placement of sockets, switches, lighting fixtures.
• Plumbing plan.
• Location of water supply and sewage points for the kitchen and bathroom.
• Wall elevations.
• Detailed drawings indicating materials, tile layout, wall colors.
• Furniture layout.
• Dimensions and placement of kitchen modules, cabinets, shelves.
2. Material list (in joint collaboration):
• I will assist in finding materials, but the designer must prepare recommendations based on style and budget.
• Materials must be available on the Polish market.
3. Estimate (in joint collaboration):
• I will calculate the cost of materials myself, but the designer must specify the required quantity of materials.
This project involves joint work, so it is important for the designer to be ready for regular online communication and flexible collaboration.
