Сучасні архітектурні тенденції є різні. Функціональність та естетику теж кожен по-різному сприймає.
Щодо функціональності, взагалі невідомо що у цій будівлі буде. перший поверх подібний на торгівлю, а от на другому поверсі взагалі щось подібне на смарт-квартири. І це все треба пов'язати у єдиний вигляд.
Щоб вписати будівлю у середовище, треба це середовище бачити. Бо вже навіть з кількох фото видно що те оточення дуже строкате, і не виділяється великою якістю. Також має значення не лише фасад, а й площа перед ним. А вона досить велика, судячи з фото. І якщо там у планах зробити лише парковку, то якісний фасад не врятує цей простір. Тобто треба працювати й з генпланом.
Так виглядає, що вуличний фасад будівлі ми бачимо на фото, а решта сторін заховані. І вуличний фасад вже на 90% сформований вітражами. Тобто основний фасад залишиться майже таким самим. Можливо певні нюанси додати, вивіски, підсвітку. І довершити це оточенням.
Тепер технічні моменти, і одне з найважливіших - бюджет. Проекту, але також і виконання самих фасадних робіт. Це може бути звичайне утеплення+штукатурка, а може бути навісний фасад з фіброцементу. Різниця у вартості буде відчутна. Якщо навісний фасад - то чи буде він фрагментарно, чи на всю будівлю? І чи у цьому є потреба?
Є багато зустрічних питань, що потребують уточнень. І більше вихідних даних. -
