Project Goal:
Develop a landscaping concept for a rectangular plot of 138 m² with a focus on gardening, minimalism, and functionality, without creating graphic visualization. Thoughtful organization of space is important in terms of convenience and future maintenance.

Main Tasks:

1. Placement of Infrastructure Objects:

   • Well: Determine the optimal location for the well installation considering access to water supply and safety.
   • Irrigation System: Develop a layout for irrigation installations (automatic watering, sprinkler system) for even watering of plants.
   • Pergola with Lighting and Table: Find a location for the pergola that will be convenient for leisure activities, considering the connection to the power grid for lighting and the possibility of placing a dining area.
   • Wiring: Plan the routes for electrical wiring with minimal interference in the overall landscape, considering access to various areas of the garden.

2. Green Infrastructure:

   • Shade Trees: Select tree species that provide good shade and are suitable for this climate, determine planting locations considering growth and root systems.
   • Shrubs for Fencing: Choose compact shrub species to create a living hedge that provides privacy and an aesthetic appearance.
   • Children's Sandbox: Determine a safe and easily accessible location for the children's sandbox, considering future maintenance.
   • Central Lawn: Plan the central lawn area that will visually unite all elements of the garden and provide a maintenance system for it.

3. Aspects of Convenience and Minimalism:

   • Ensure logical separation of functional zones while maintaining open spaces and minimizing excessive decorativeness.
   • Consider possibilities for multifunctional use of elements (for example, combining leisure areas with shade trees).

4. Planting Planning:

   • Type of Plants: Recommendations for tree, shrub, and lawn grass species considering the climatic features of the region.
   • Planting Dates: Create a planting calendar – when is the best time to plant trees, shrubs, and grass to ensure optimal growth conditions, and predict the time to achieve their maximum decorative and functional maturity.
   • Consider care features: regularity of watering, pruning, and other activities to maintain plant health.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in developing landscape projects, preferably in the private sector.
• Knowledge of gardening, plant selection, and organization of automatic irrigation systems.
• Ability to rationally allocate space considering a minimalist approach.
• Experience in integrating engineering systems (wiring, water supply) into the overall garden design.
• Skills in providing detailed care recommendations for plants and predicting their growth.

Expected Results:

• A detailed textual description of the landscaping concept, including a layout plan for the objects (without a graphic drawing).
• Explanations for the selection of specific plants, their characteristics, and recommendations for planting and care.
• A scheme for organizing space with a logical justification for each decision, considering functional zones and design minimalism.

Additional Conditions:

• Consultation on arising questions is expected during the work process.
• The project must consider local climatic features and possible changes in conditions (for example, seasonal temperature and precipitation fluctuations).
