Andriy, I see here not just a keychain, but the basis for a series of products. I will create a universal STL model where the text can be easily changed without losing quality, and the font and shape remain clean and readable even in small sizes.
I will also provide a version with a hidden niche for NFC, so that the design remains neat and sturdy for FDM printing on the Bambu Lab A1. I have been working with Blender for 3 years, so I have a good sense of both geometry and preparing the model for printing.
Before the final version, I will definitely show a screenshot/render for approval.

Here’s how I suggest implementing this to make it as convenient as possible for you to scale the series:
1. Technical Concept (Engineering Approach)
Base: We will make the thickness 3.2 mm. This is the "golden mean" for strength and speed.
Text: The height of the letters will be 0.8–1.0 mm above the base. This allows for a color change exactly on the 4th or 5th layer (with a layer thickness of 0.2 mm), which provides a perfectly clear boundary of colors.
NFC module: We will design an internal pocket. At a height of approximately 2.0 mm, the printer will pause, you place the chip, and it will be closed with the final layers. From the outside, the keychain will look like a monolith.
Optimization for A1: We will adjust the angles and chamfers so that the printer does not reduce speed on turns (minimum vibrations — perfect surface).
2. Transfer Format (Universal Toolkit)
I will not just drop the STL file, but prepare a set:
STEP file: The main source file. If you want to change something in a year — it will open in any software without "broken" polygons.
3MF project for Bambu Studio: Here, color transitions (for AMS) or pause commands for inserting the chip will already be set up. You won’t need to click anything in the slicer — just open it and print.
Fonts: We will choose a grotesque font (sans-serif) that does not "fall apart" on small details.
3. Cost and Terms
