Не пойму сарказма. Я набросал, как мог. В данном фриланс-задании четко написано "сделать дизайн", что подразумевает работу дизайнера. Или каждый предприниматель в 2к17 обязан владеть навыками PS?

Давайте начнем просто рисовать jpg макет, заливать его на сайт фоном и вставлять поверх - кнопки и ссылки попиксельно?
Экономия времени ну процентов 80 выдет) -
Правда с адаптивом не знаю как быть, есть предложения?

Так можно просто скачать лендинг прописать нужные стили дописать блоки и всё вообще готово. Дешевле будет. Сколько таких проектов уже на этом сервисе делано переделано.

Да можно, но шаблон написанный прямыми руками почти не найти, ток themeforest.net, но и то платно, найти в рунете хороший шаблон - все равно что в речке морского окуня выловить)

А что если написать агрегатор psd to html?
Чтобы он сам делал основную разметку и стили исходя из вида получаемого psd.
Можно добавлять в psd разметку пунктиров вокруг кнопок(просто пунктир) и дивов(двойной пунктир), чтобы агрегатор анализируя psd понимал что где прописывать, а задача верстальщика станет только добавление текстов, ссылок и изображений, ну может небольшие правки стилей)
Это достаточно сильно упрощало нам работу! Плюсом можно добавить функцию jpg to html, тогда бы у нас ее не осталось)
В таком случае, тот кто напишет и запатентует это ПО, станет миллиардером буквально за несколько лет) -

я тебя обрадую и разочарую одновременно. есть такие сервисы. есть также пути - тот же вордпресс с конструктором-билдером. но...что-то реально крутое не получится сделать. все достаточно шаблонно и шаг влево/вправо=расстрел. рукастые верстальщики всегда будут кушать хорошо)

Согласен. Тоже когда-то давно пользовался для себя но когда начал править шаблон ужаснулся и научился натягивать на вордпрес самостоятельно теперь всё супер.
