Technical assignment for the development of the interior design of the apartment
1. General requirements:
1. Develop a detailed interior design project based on the ideas and wishes of the client, taking into account the existing layout of the master bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom.
2. The entire concept must be implemented according to the client's ideas and reflect their vision as accurately as possible.
3. Prepare drawings with dimensions for each area:
• Placement of furniture, shelves, lighting fixtures, switches, and outlets.
• Heights, depths, and widths of structures and niches.
4. Prepare visualizations of all areas indicating materials, textures, and color palette.
5. Do not count the quantity of materials (tiles, wires, etc.).
6. Consider the functionality and convenience of use for all elements.
2. Areas for design:
2.1. Children's room:
• Add standard ceiling lighting — specify dimensions and exact placement of fixtures.
• Develop a floor plan with visualization and material selection.
• Dressing room project:
• Shelves with exact dimensions.
• Placement of lighting inside the dressing room.
2.2. Kitchen:
• Develop a kitchen furniture plan with exact dimensions of cabinets and shelves.
• Consider lighting in cabinets and on work surfaces (layout and type of lighting).
• Floor: visualization with proposed materials.
• Lighting: scheme with dimensions and types of fixtures.
2.3. Second bathroom:
• Adapt the design according to the first bathroom (from the existing layout).
• Specify exact dimensions:
• Cabinets.
• Heights of mirrors.
• Lighting and its placement.
2.4. Laundry room:
• Develop floor and lighting design with visualization.
• Cabinet project with shelves: specify dimensions and exact placement.
2.5. Corridor:
• Adapt the existing layout according to the client's wishes.
• Lighting: scheme with exact dimensions and types of fixtures.
2.6. Hall + office:
• Develop a unified space for the hall and kitchen with a transition (adapt the plan according to the client's wishes).
• Lighting: scheme with dimensions and types of fixtures.
• Floor: visualization with materials and colors.
• Project for the TV niche: specify dimensions, depth, and lighting.
• Office:
• Develop wall design with dimensions.
