Что касается навыков и способностей, то я думаю перечислять здесь стандартный набор не имеет смысла. Посмотрим портфолио, поговорим лично и все будет ясно.
Есть одно обязательное требование — проживание в Москве или ближайшем Подмосковье. То есть чтобы была возможность раза 2 в неделю приезжать в офис, обсуждать проекты, задачи и т. д. Просьба коллег из других регионов России и братских стран-соседей не откликаться. Географическое требование — принципиально.
Также обязательное требование – готовность развиваться и расти вместе со студией. Мы молоды, нам только 2 года, поэтому мы сами еще многому учимся.
Зарплата — 25-30 тысяч в месяц. Условия оплаты — еженедельно. Чтобы и Вы были спокойны, и мы видели проделанную Вами работу.
Также отмечу, что, понятное дело, контролировать вне офиса сотрудника постоянно — невозможно. Поэтому для нас главное, чтобы все задачи выполнялись четко в срок, а Вы всегда были на связи. Поэтому если Вы будете успевать качественно делать все наши задачи, и у Вас будет оставаться время для работы на себя — мы совершенно не против. Но только при условии, что все наши задачи выполнены в срок и качественны, подчеркиваю.
