Не вижу принципиальной разницы, кроме того что, не все фронтэндщики/верстальщики в состоянии себе установить/осовоить фотошоп

Как не крути, в фотошопе куда больше возможностей для креатива и в общем для разработки дизайна, чем во всяких фигма и пр.
