как вариант через acf, форм будет минимум 15, значение одинаковое.
сейчас парень взялся через стили попробовать поставить
с acf просто никогда не работал, по этому не принял даже во внимание его

ACF хорошая штука.
Чисто стилями со стандартным селектом врят ли сработает.
Скорее все нужно будет какая-то js библиотека для изменения стандартного селекта типа select2.js и потом уже стилями да, можно будет добавить -
скорее всего так и будет делаться, на счет ACF даже не сомневаюсь, руки никак не доходят взяться за его изучение
