ТРЕБОВАНИЯ к программе лояльности
Клиент совершая покупку на сайте, регистрируется (ФИО, номер телефона, почта).
В его личном кабинете он может видеть (свои покупки) бонусы за покупки.
бонусы начисляются:
- от суммы первой покупки - 2% зачисляются в бонусы
- от накопительной суммы покупок на сайте или в бутике 5000 грн - 2% с каждой следующей покупки, от накопительной суммы 10000 грн – 5% с каждой след покупки, от суммы 20000 грн – 10%
За бонусы клиент может выбрать подарок из определенного раздела сайта. Ориентировочно на выбор 10-15 товаров, которые можно будет менять.
если клиент не совершает покупки на сайте или в бутике в течении года , его бонусы сгорают.
клиент может забрать подарок только при покупке в магазине или онлайн оплате - любого товара на любую сумму.
в личном кабинете ведется учет бонусов
(бонусы должны автоматически зачисляться при покупке и списываться когда клиент решает забрать подарок за бонусы)
