Добавить в PHP-скрипт запись определённых данных в файл
В одном скрипте есть такой код:

Этот кусок выводит на экране например по дате $date = 2021-01-24 типа:
Selected date: 20210124 [basketball] Matches found: 62, added: 62 [football]
Matches found: 521, added: 521 [hockey] Matches found: 114, added: 114
Надо чтобы такая же строка записывалась в текстовый файл /log.txt.
Нужно добавить соответствующий код в файл.
