Не ради проекта , просто совет. Windows form в лучшем случае использовал патерн mvp когда то работал с ним. MVVM - это WPF(или MAUI сейчас) , тоесть весь UI (графическое отображение) нужно будет переносить ... ну и плюс разделять логику. В принципе не сложно, но нужно будет глубокое изучение проекта. и много проверок и тестирования. Наверно это 50 процентов работы а если зависимости жесткие все 70 или 90)
