Но:
- подключиться...
- если печатная форма гарантийки в конфигурации, то выгнать всех пользователей и сделать бэкап "До".
- если печатная форма гарантийки во дополнительных печатных формах, то выковырять из соответствующего справочника соответствующую внешнюю обработку и открыть ее в конфигураторе.
- затратить 5 минут на работу...
- еще минут 5 затратить на ее тестирование...
- потом либо поместить обратно в дополнительные печатные формы новую версию внешней обработки, либо сделать бэкап "После".
Если еще накинуть затраты времени на коммуникацию (вот прямо сейчас пишу и трачу время).
И если еще накинуть возможные риски (они маловероятные, но есть).
То 1 час работы - это не такая уж и высокая оценка Вашей задачи.
