Add animations to Webflow
We have a website - https://iryna-grishchenko.webflow.io/
On the first page, you need to add the following animations.
1) On the main screen, add a background video, similar to the example I provide (the first screen - https://www.notdorn.online/), meaning where the dark background behind should have a video with a gradient circle moving across the screen.
2) In the "My Services" block on the main page, add this animation - (https://gianlucagradogna.com/ - the screenshot at the bottom showing the animation we need) - that is, the right part should be fixed, and the left part with the services should move downward. 
Please estimate the timing and cost for each of these animations separately. I will provide more details privately if needed.

Regarding the background video — it can be implemented as a CSS animation or use a video phone with a gradient circle that moves smoothly. You can also add interactivity so that the animation responds to cursor movement — this will add modernity and dynamism.
Regarding the "My Services" block — fixing the right part with scrolling the left part — this is a fairly simple task that can be done using CSS (position: sticky) and a small JS for smoothness, if needed.
