Игорь, доброго дня! Продублируйте пожалуйста файл .kml (не открывается!). По-возможности не архивируйте, а "as-is" (желательно создайте по-новому). Ежели откроется - "будем посмотреть!"

Игорь, чтобы отредактировать файл, необходимо "в него попасть" (ну открыть т.е.) К сожалению ни одна из известных мне программ интерпретации файлов .kml не может его открыть... (констатируют его ущербность). Поэтому, если необходимо всё же Ваши даанные отредактировать - создайте НОВЫЙ файл kml, по-возможности измените его название, проверьте открывается-ли он у Вас. файл я генерував з допомогою якогось онлайн сервісу, зараз не пригадаю.
Про всяк випадок відправив Вам на пошту текстовий файл, який, теоретично, можна вставити у Ваш kml редактор. Якщо такий варіант не підходить, буду шукати де я е генерував
