Добрый день, если кратко - есть сайт, но времени довести до готовности нету времени. Нужно допилить до готового вида, наполнить блоки актуальной инфой (если нужен копирайтер - есть). Настроить оплату, модуль ликпей купим. Доставку настроить и прочее. Так же, добавить поля с условиями доставки, оплаты, адрес (условие для настройки торговой компании в будущем).
Что не сделаем собственными силами - берем на аутсорсе, но хорошие знания CMS маст хев.
