Т.е. есть Ваш клиент - это команда с разработчиками которые отдали на аутсорс проект, и которые не принимают его из-за количества плагинов?
Потом вы решаете сделать новую реализацию без плагинов и предлагаете использовать наработки от прошлых исполнителей?

Т.е. есть изначальный клиент, потом "студия со своими разработчиками", потом Вы, потом пачка фрилансеров которые пытались доделать все это?

От этой пачки фрилансеров есть некий код который нужно до собрать?
