На фото основания не модель STL, а 3D модель CAD программы, например солидворкс. Так вот: если нужно сделать описанное для модели STL, значит модель нужно сделать заново, ибо указанный формат не редактируется желаемым образом, а если редактировать нужно в исходнике, скрин которого показан, то эта процедура займёт пару минут. А теперь внимание - вопрос: в каком формате у Вас модель? Разница в стоимости будет примерно в 10 раз.
