Hello! In my opinion, the roots of the problem lie in the scale of the device and in the interface of Facebook itself. The brand book (and your website) is minimalist, looks good due to the design filling all the space in visual perception, and due to absolute color harmony. In the Facebook interface (especially on mobile devices), everything is reduced, the content becomes tighter (which cheapens it), and in contrast to the details and color scheme of Facebook, the minimalism of the posts loses its power.
And also: in the brand book, the color scheme of the used photographs corresponds to the recommendations of the brand book and design principles, but in the design of the posts, the photos are less well chosen.

The situation is specific and complex, but I have a strong understanding of the reasons and a couple of ideas on how to improve it; I see the cause and can establish a quick improvement process.
