Hello, we are unable to manage this ourselves, and perhaps we lack the necessary competencies, so we are looking for a designer with experience who could make life easier for our internal designers by preparing high-quality visual templates for our communication that we could adapt in the future.
We have a really beautiful brand book, but we are unable to implement it. We are looking for someone who could offer us the creation of visuals (banners, animations, other graphics) according to the brand book for posts on Facebook and the blog on the website, possibly even expanding it with their own ideas, but without losing the essence of positioning.
We are looking for someone who would fully take on the production of visuals and could work on this as a long-term project.
If the portfolio is liked, we will select (not necessarily just one) designer and offer the first paid task for preparing test visuals or other ideas at a previously agreed rate.
Price is not a priority; we are looking for a really good specialist who knows their stuff, has taste, and is capable of conveying all this visually.

The brand book (and your website) is minimalist, looks good due to the design filling all the space in visual perception, and due to absolute color harmony. In the Facebook interface (especially on mobile devices), everything is reduced, the content becomes tighter (which cheapens it), and in contrast to the details and color scheme of Facebook, the minimalism of the posts loses its power.
And also: in the brand book, the color scheme of the used photographs corresponds to the recommendations of the brand book and design principles, but in the design of the posts, the photos are less well chosen.
The situation is specific and complex, but I have a strong understanding of the reasons and a couple of ideas on how to improve it; I see the cause and can establish a quick improvement process.
