Main task:
1 Persons: There is a list of people. This includes leads and external employees, anyone who has worked, is working, or may work with us. This is one section. These people must have certain "properties," like in a regular "stuff," such as full name, date of birth, tax identification number, and so on.
2 Staff: another section is our staff. We have 100 positions. They also have their own properties. We assign a certain "person" to the staff positions.
3 Assets: these persons may have certain assets assigned. Therefore, in the "assets" section, it is necessary to register assets and assign them to a person. In the person's card, it should also be visible, and in various reports, so that statistics can be counted and so on.
4 Documents: the main requirement is to automatically generate docx/pdf based on certain fields. Reports, orders, and so on. It is necessary to be able to upload a template and generate a document with %fields% from the records.

Module "Personnel": We will create a unified register with extended fields (Tax ID, passport, history, etc.).
Staffing schedule: We will implement a structure of positions with the ability to assign "persons" to them and track vacancies.
Inventory: A separate block for assets linked to person cards and displaying stock balances.

Do "Persons" need access to the system (login/password), or is this purely internal accounting for admins?
Is a history of asset movement needed (archive: who had this laptop before)?
