Brand positioning: a workshop with an almost scientific approach to precision, details, and process control

1. Input data

The logo was generated using AI and requires professional refinement for use in printing and design. The current idea of the logo is preserved but requires a clean, technically correct implementation.

2. Concept and symbolism

Triangle — a symbol of a blade pointing upwards (association with sharpness, tension, control).
Linear scale inside the triangle — a symbol of precision, calibration, attention to micro-details, engineering approach.
Overall character — minimalist, strict, instrumental, without decoration.

3. Designer's tasks

Select a font for the inscription Afilab:
- modern, readable, without unnecessary stylistic effects;
- preferably with a technical or industrial character;
- suitable for printing, engraving, digital media.
Redraw the triangle:
- clear geometry;
- correct proportions;
- suitability for scaling without loss of quality.
Redesign the linear scale:
- neat, rhythmic;
- association with measuring tools (caliper, protractor, calibration scales);
- without overloading with small elements.

4. Style and restrictions

Minimalism, monochrome.
No gradients, shadows, textures.
The logo should work well:
- in small size;
- in stamping, embossing, laser engraving;
- on black and white backgrounds.

5. Final materials

Logo in two versions:
- white on a black background;
- black on a white background.
Formats:
- JPG (for preview and digital use);
- vector (AI — for printing and production).
